At the moment there are no documented medical interactions associated with Dapoxetine- Priligy. Pharmacokinetic studies are on the way to find out if dapoxetine has any medicine interactions with the phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitors tadalafil, vardenafil and sildenafil. It is not proved yet if the drug has any interactions with alcohol.

Although the plasma drug concentration-time curve (AUC) of dapoxetine was 22% higher when given with 100 mg of sildenafil, the researchers thought that this result was not probably to be clinically significant.

The administration of dapoxetine with alcohol did not show any significant pharmacokinetic changes. Clinical studies showed no significant interactions of dapoxetine with other drugs. In studies the combination of dapoxetine with different medications was administered and there were no changes in ECGs (electrocardiography), clinical laboratory results, vital signs, and serious side effects.

Still there is no full information on renal elimination and specific metabolism pathways of dapoxetine and no answer on other potential drug interactions.
